About Kennedy PT, DPT
Kennedy grew up in Beaverton, Oregon, where she developed a deep appreciation for the natural beauty and active lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest. She studied dance in the Bay Area for many years before earning her B.S. from Portland State University and completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Pacific University.
With an extensive history as a dancer, Kennedy brings a unique perspective to her practice, combining her clinical expertise with a deep understanding of movement, performance, and injury prevention. Her firsthand experience with the physical demands of dance allows her to approach rehabilitation with an appreciation for the intricacies of movement and the individual goals of each patient.
Outside of her work as a physical therapist, Kennedy continues to share her passion for dance by teaching ballet and contemporary at a local studio in Wilsonville. She is passionate about helping individuals move with confidence, return to the activities they love, and build the strength, mobility, and resilience needed to support long-term health and wellness.
