What to Expect

  • A thorough intake and medical history for the issue that brought you in, review of any previous studies or reports an understanding of your expectations & goals.

  • A physical examination which will involves movements both actively and passively. You will perform any necessary special tests to determine which specific portion of a joint, ligament, tendon, and/or muscle appears effected or involved.

  • Summary of objective findings of the examination, differential diagnosis based on those findings and prescribed exercises to be completed at home/work prior to your next visit.

What to Bring

Paperwork, any pertinent reports such as X-ray, MRI, CT scan. Insurance Card and Identification. Please dress appropriately with athletic / comfortable clothes and proper footwear.
